Inspectech, Inc., a unit of Land America Corporation and nationwide provider of professional commercial, industrial and home inspection services, has acquired 100% of the shares of H.B.I.S. Engineering Company, a provider of building inspection and engineering remediation analysis services throughout Illinois and the Midwest. Falcon Advisors represented and advised the owners of H.B.I.S. in negotiations and structuring the transaction.

Industrial/Manufacturing Services
B.E.S.T., Inc. (Business Electronics Soldering Technologies), a provider of PCB assembly training services and contract PCB rework, modification and testing services, has been acquired by BANDJWET Enterprises, Inc., a private investment company focused on investments in businesses providing services to the electronics manufacturing industry. Falcon Advisors identified the buyer represented the owners of BEST in negotiations.

Metalworking – Custom Stamping
Founders Capital, the Merchant Banking affiliate of Falcon Advisors (see Affiliates web page), has announced the acquisition by Transportation Solutions Group, Inc., a private investment company focused on manufacturing products and services, of GB Manufacturing, Inc. GBM is a Delta, Ohio based metal stamping and fabrication company serving the heavy truck, automotive and other industrial markets. Founders Capital served as advisor to and principal with TSG in the acquisition and financing process.
